Countywide Caring Limited

At home in Oxfordshire

Countywide Caring is a domiciliary care service based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire. The focus of this home care service is to provide high standards of care for people who need extra help to live at home.

How can we help you?

Countywide Caring Limited is a homecare service that focuses on providing quality care to individuals (aged 18 and over) living in their own homes.

We will arrange a full assessment with you; this will involve visiting you at home, discussing the support you need and planning a package of care to meet your needs.

Philosophy of Care

Countywide Caring Limited will focus on providing a quality service. Our carers will be trained to deliver high standards of care that promotes the independence of service users and incorporates choice, dignity and respect in the delivery of care.

Aims

The aim of Countywide Caring Limited is to provide a domiciliary care service that is flexible, consistent, reliable and tailored to meet individual need.

What can you expect from us?

At the point you contact us we will take your details and arrange to visit you at home, at a time that is convenient to you. It may be helpful for you to have someone with you when we visit, if you think this would help us understand your needs. We will undertake an initial assessment; this will involve some questions about you and family or friends who may be important to you. You should allow approximately 2hours for this meeting. Once we have taken some details we will discuss with you whether or not we think our staff will be able to help you with your specific needs. We will give details of our terms and conditions and charges, information about the staff that will visit you and answer any questions you may have. Sometimes during an assessment we can pick up on details that mean you would benefit from another service – such as a referral to the falls service  or advice on claiming benefits. If this is the case we will discuss this with you and refer you to the most appropriate service to get the help you need. Only following a comprehensive assessment will we agree to deliver your care.
