Who Are We?
Our Registered Manager:
Heidi Kennedy, Registered Nurse, BA (Hons) Specialist Practitioner Community Nursing, RMA
Heidi has significant nursing experience as a District Nurse and Care Home Manager within the South Oxfordshire locality. Heidi qualified in 1996 at Berkshire College Of Nursing and has worked in the local community hospital, GP practices and minor injuries unit. Heidi is also trained to teach first aid, medication and has undertaken a teaching course (PTLLS).
We have carers who have training and significant experience in looking after people in their own homes. All our staff undertake a period of induction to the company and clients before working alone. Often, one of the biggest concerns to people who have never received care at home before, is the reluctance to have someone in their home. Our staff are aware of this, take time to get to know our clients and are very much guests in your home.
